2. All Washed up Laundry is not responsible for lost articles unless proven that we were responsible for the loss.
3. All Washed up Laundry accepts all laundered garments on the basis of weight and does not perform a piece-by-piece count.
4. All Washed up Laundry is not responsible for any items left in our store over 14 days.
5. All Washed up Laundry is not responsible for the damage of the items labelled “hand wash only” or “dry clean only” and is not responsible to checked these labels in customers’ clothing items. Please check before All Washed up Laundry picks them up. If you have dry cleaning and hand wash item don’t put it in our bag.
6. All Washed up Laundry is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewellery, or anything else. All Washed up Laundry is also not responsible for items left in clothing (e.g. ink pen, markers, lip balm, etc) that may result in damage to clothing during wash. Customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or in the delivery bags.
7. All Washed up Laundry is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended for pick up-or drop-off by Customer. All Washed up Laundry will not leave any bags unattended unless requested.
8. All Washed up Laundry reserves the right to refuse customers or refuse cleaning any item.
9. All Washed up Laundry does not guarantee removal of all stains.
10. All Washed up Laundry will not clean clothing infested with scabies, bed bugs, mites, fleas or any such contagious parasites or insects.
11. Note. Customers must notify All Washed up Laundry within 3 business days of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.
12.All Washed up Laundry exercises utmost care in processing clothing items received to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, there will be instances where items may get misplaced or lost. As such, differences in count must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. All Washed up Laundry liability with respect to any lost item shall not exceed $50 per garment regardless of brand or condition excluding leather, suede and household items which are at customers own risk at all times. Total loss liability per order shall not exceed $250.
13. Customer must pay the invoice charges prior to delivery of laundry. The invoice can be made available prior to drop off by via phone, email, or text.
14. If you are not home at the time of your scheduled pick-up or delivery and/or the driver has to return at another time an additional charge of $15.00 will be added to your total order. In addition, there is a minimum charge of 10 kg per laundry order.
15.All Washed up Laundry follows standards and policies set forth by the Fabricate Industry and the International Fabricate Institute.
